Relocation Of Sealant Filling Unit To Hannover (III)
The New Power Supply Has Already Been Secured
Our new building for sealant filling is up: The foundations were poured, corresponding steel scaffolding erected (didn’t forget the window of course) and a necessary fire protection wall built. The floor will be poured in the next few days.
The transformer station was delivered in one piece. Thanks to our friendly neighbours it could also be unloaded on time from a low loader and with the help of a crane.
The supplier had not declared enough space as parking restriction and thus the loader was initially not able drive onto our site. Our neighbours (Remondis) quickly recalled their employees who’ were already on the road with their lorries. Their cars were quickly shifted and the transformer station ‘parked’ without problems.
The city’s provider connected it immediately to power and now only the ditches will have to be closed again.
The planned move will take place in early / mid-October.
